The Air-Liner is a high-quality polymer insert that replaces part of the air volume in a tire. This feature, combined with the shape, provides a tunable system that improves cycling performance. The Air-Liner eliminates the traditional trade-off between stability and grip and allows tires to remain stable, grippy and in control even at low pressures. The Air-Liner has a round cross-section with channels on the top and bottom. The top channel provides space for the adjustable air chamber, which is located directly under the tire tread. Upon impact, the corner edges of the channel bend first and gradually build to the thicker section as the tire compresses. This allows the tread to remain flexible, which increases traction without sacrificing impact resistance. The lower channel allows for easy fine-tuning of the air chamber and allows for full compatibility with all valve core types. The round cross-section shape mimics the natural shape of the tire and provides a larger contact patch within the tire casing sidewalls. Lateral tire stability is increased, yet the tread remains soft and grippy. This improves cornering, climbing and braking performance.

Protection: Both the wheel and tire are protected by the Air-Liner insert. By absorbing impacts within the tire, your expensive rim remains protected while eliminating flats caused by rim impacts.

Control: The Air-Liner replaces the air volume in the tire. The reduced air volume allows the tire to compress and rebound in a more controlled manner compared to standard tubeless systems.

Performance: The tires have increased lateral stability, but the tread remains soft and grippy. This improves cornering, climbing and braking performance.

Durability: This highly durable polymer material has been tested to a design life of 2000 hours of normal cycling or 1 full hour of flat downhill riding.
