MET Trenta 3K Carbon Mips® UAE Team Emirates–XRG 2026 bike helmet

A Change in the Air - Performance Cycling Helmet for Road, Gravel and Cross Country

The new MET Trenta 3K Carbon is the most ventilated road helmet ever, developed for the toughest races and refined inside the Tube, our proprietary wind tunnel. Already a winner at the Tour de France and the Giro d’Italia Women, the Trenta 3K Carbon is the ultimate expression of a modern road helmet. The air has changed, and so has the standard.

The MET Trenta 3K Carbon is developed in direct collaboration with Tadej Pogačar, UAE Team Emirates, and UAE Team ADQ.

Worn in the world’s most prestigious races, it has already been part of victories at the UCI World Champs, Tour de France and Giro d’Italia Women, delivering an unmatched performance level.

Aero-Engineered
The Trenta 3K Carbon has been tested in the Tube, our proprietary wind tunnel, using aero and thermal cell-equipped headforms capable of analyzing drag and temperature variations generated by airflow.

Ventilation is performance
The helmet features the 3K Airframe, a carbon wing structure that eliminates EPS from the internal frame. The result is a continuous internal air channel, uninterrupted from the front intake to the rear exhaust, ensuring consistent airflow at both high and low speeds.

Safety is
science
The new construction achieves a 40% improvement in the Virginia Tech test — the world’s most recognized independent safety rating protocol — earning 5 stars and one of the best scores ever recorded.

Racing doesn’t wait
The new Trenta 3K Carbon arrives at exactly the right moment, made for an era where racing demands more — more speed, more control, more protection.
